Information we collect

When you contact us, apply for work, or submit a bid request, we may collect your name, company, email, phone number, project location, project details, employment information, and any file you choose to attach. Basic technical information may also be recorded for security and site analytics. We collect only the information needed for the stated purpose and normally collect it directly from you.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, assess project scope, prepare estimates, coordinate work, maintain business records, protect the website from abuse, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.

This policy applies to IRCL Transport and to people providing services on behalf of Ironhorse. We may use reputable hosting, secure enquiry storage, analytics, and email delivery providers to operate the website and deliver your request. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Ironhorse.

Retention and protection

We retain information only as long as reasonably required for the inquiry, a resulting business relationship, legal obligations, or legitimate recordkeeping. We use safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information and secure methods, including shredding or permanent electronic deletion, when records are destroyed.

Optional conversion analytics

When configured, Google Analytics helps us understand phone-link clicks, equipment enquiries, specification and checklist downloads, quote-builder progress, career enquiries, and confirmed form submissions. It loads only after you allow optional analytics. We do not include your name, email, phone number, project brief, attachments, or enquiry reference in these events.

Your optional analytics choice is saved in this browser. You can change it using the analytics control beneath the footer when reporting is configured. Basic Vercel traffic analytics may operate separately without analytics cookies.
