Careers: Full-time

Track Supervisor

Coordinate field delivery, people, equipment, and railway interfaces.

About the role

Track supervisors own the day-to-day delivery of a project or maintenance program: the work plan, the crews and machines assigned to it, the railway or owner interface, and the documentation that proves the track was handed back to standard.

A typical week moves between the yard in Crossfield, the job site, and the owner's office. Expect early starts, regional travel, and responsibility for keeping the gang, the machines, and the track time aligned.
